About This Project
Unicorn Construction obtained listed building and planning consent to extend this fabulous building to create accommodation over the second storey of the original living room creating a luxurious master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Our highly skilled craftsmen took the original building as shown below, and sympathetically transformed it into the 2 storey building as shown above.
Great care and attention was taken to carefully select and extend the building using stone and mortar which would blend in well with the building structure below.
It was an absolute pleasure to deliver this project for an incredibly grateful client.
