About This Project

Unicorn Construction completed this building in December 2020. The project was for the construction of a contemporary 4 bedroom newbuild home on the site of a former agricultural building in Cullompton.

 

The new build home has underfloor heating throughout, an air source heat pump, a steel framed floating oak staircase with glazed balustrading and a galleried kitchen and dining room. External elevations are clad with siberian larch cladding, natural stonework and Vieo metal seam cladding systems.
