About This Project
Unicorn Construction were appointed to convert this agricultural building into a 3 bedroom home. The project presented us with numerous challenges. The site is on a Flood Zone 2 area, so dealing with ground water during excavations for foundations and drainage presented us with challenge after challenge.
The property is now completely unrecognisable from the original agricultural building and you’d be forgiven for not realising that the existing steel frame and blockwork structure have been retained. The end result is a lovely spacious 3 bedroom home, constructed to provide a contemporary finish, with a spacious feel throughout.
