Unicorn Construction were the appointed contractor for the construction of this new build home.

The building was constructed using a 140mm single skin timber frame with an external render carrier board and a silicone render system. A contrasting feature cladding was created using Cedral Weather cladding. All of the external windows and doors were UPVC, the roof coverings consisted of Rivendale slate roof coverings and leaded roofs over the single storey sections of the building.

The building was a highly insulated structure with the heating system consisting of a split unit air source heat pump and underfloor heating throughout the ground floors with radiators to the first floors. This project was completed in May 2019.
