If you’ve already obtained planning and have a full set of working drawings and specification, it would be our pleasure to provide you with our most competitive quotation to convert your proposals into reality
Early Engagement
Over the years we have experienced many clients coming to us with fully designed, planning and building regs approved project that never proceeded due to budget constraints.
Add to this, the more worrying prospect that by the time these clients have reached this stage, they have already spent £000’s on a scheme that will never be realised.
For this reason. We encourage the early engagement route.
We work with you to understand your needs and any limitations of your property. We are able to produce a fully costed set of drawings and work through any options and alternatives with you, allowing informed decisions to be made in realising the house of your dreams.
We’ll progress your planning application, work with you to finalise the finer details. Involving you as much or as little as you so wish in order to complete your build to the highest standard, at the agreed cost and with our guarantee that there will be no hidden extras.
